Behind Those Blue Doors

Olive Bistro, Hyderabad is back and we couldn’t be any more excited for the magic created behind those blue doors, overlooking the not so secret lake! Olive Bistro reopened in mid-September post the lockdown, but this time with safety measures in place. Contact less dining with menus available only through scan QR codes, pre-sanitized cutlery and waiters following the mask and gloves rules, stringently. Their innovative social distancing idea with mannequins placed between tables whilst showcasing leading Indian designers like Gaurav Gupta and Shantanu & Nikhil, with their collections is surely noteworthy.

Chef Manu Chandra, the chef-partner at Olive restaurants (all India), has curated a well-crafted menu that has dishes from Burrata atop tomato salan, Garlic Prawns, Truffle Oil Mushroom Risotto to a Mezze board, Char roasted spicy sumac chicken and so much more. Five new refreshing cocktails using Gin as their base with fresh ingredients like rosemary, grapefruit and citrus play perfect accompaniments to a wholesome meal.

Don’t forget to end your meal with their much loved Tiramisu!
