Lapis – A Symphony of Flavours and Textures

We’ve entered the last month of the year, the festivities have begun, choirs are set to render us with carols, and this season is incomplete without a fair share of gastronomical delights!

Speaking of gastronomical delights, The Oberoi, Bengaluru, has been churning out some of the city’s savoured dishes for years and is highly regarded by the bigwigs of the industry. We made our way to Lapis, an all-day dining restaurant which boasts of an extensive menu.

Among the many offerings, the 21-day aged spiced duck with monofloral honey, red cabbage lollipop, merlot vinegar plums accompanied with a serving of mandarin orange glaze, had us singing “Tis the season to be jolly”! This entrée encapsulates a symphony of flavours and textures that tantalize the taste buds which leave you wanting for more!

If you’re looking to celebrate this month, head over to Lapis at The Oberoi, Bengaluru, and we can be well assured that the food will make you break into a song!
