Tip no 1: Always place certain vegetables like potatoes, coccinia, cauliflower, radish etc into a bowl of cold water after chopping. Otherwise, they tend to change colour and dehydrate, losing their flavour.

Tip 2: To avoid spending unnecessary hours in the kitchen every single day; instead pick a day during the weekends and cook all your vegetables, especially the frozen ones. Store them in different containers that’ll come in handy throughout the week. This is strictly for those who have hectic working schedules, where dedicating a large amount of time to the kitchen isn’t possible on a daily basis.
