Summers are here, which means its time to literally dunk ourselves into ice-cold drinks more often during the day. Most of us love mocktails and milkshakes but they end up having so much sugar. You could probably replace those high-calorie refined sugars with brown sugar, palm sugar or honey.

For the coffee lovers and enthusiasts, we have a fabulous idea of making your cold brews taste better. The next time you brew some caffeine at home, pour some into an ice-tray and freeze. When you want to indulge in a glass of cold brew, just add those coffee cubes into the drink. This makes your coffee less diluted and keeping the richness of the caffeine intact.
