Wine Not Mull at Home?!

Christmas season is here and what better way than making some delightful mulled wine in the comfort of your own kitchen! It’s pretty simple if you follow our easy-peasy recipe.

Ingredients:

1 bottle red wine (750ml)

7 whole cloves

3 cinnamon sticks

3-4 star anise

1 sliced orange

1/4 c. honey

Method:

In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients over medium heat.

Bring to a simmer but make sure it doesn’t boil.

Reduce the heat to a medium-low, simmering gently over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Serve warm, preferably in wine glasses and garnish with a slice of orange, star anise and a cinnamon stick.

Whether you’re Netflix and chilling or gathered near the Christmas tree with your close-knit, we’re sure you’re going to thoroughly relish every sip of this warm Christmassy mulled wine on a chilly night!
