With everyone cooking or attempting to cook these days, there’s a lot of scope for improvement and doing things better.

- Planning for time: Often the excitement of trying a new recipe makes us forget how long it will take to source, prep and actually cook the dish.
- Wrongly estimating portion size: It’s useful to have an approximation of how many portions the dish makes so that one can scale up or scale down accordingly
- Using all your stocked spices in one dish: This overwhelms the ingredients and nothing stands out.
